I normally don't reply to any emails from those countries. Sanjay asked me to reply so I did and he wanted everything. He didn't make an offer not that I would have accepted it. So I said please find someone else.

Oh, Even I do receive such offers 2 or 3 every week but mostly I don't reply to them. That's nice to reply to them but I really doesn't like those.

Yes, I m mostly Busy with my Works. I always working in my office while I post messages when I do serious Work even with out info I keep quit and concentrate only on Work, I started to learn those here.
In my Last project I alone Handle all the Stuffs where I learned a Lot and Some short cut here I have 2 more colleagues to Share but this is a massive Project but we have a lot of time as well.

Not exactly but almost similar. I have Thursday Half Day and Friday full day leave and I have to work more then 9 hrs per day in short min 48hrs per week

So it is almost 10 hours. That is tough. It it is around 12:23 there.

That included 1hr Lunch Break then We start Working late unlike others here where they start work like 7 AM in the morning and Sites from 6 AM
Sorry brothers.. I got busy with work.. dint realize that I'll be gone for this long... Read that you ppl were missing India and talking abt vacations and all... I've been to India in August 2008.. so its over 2 years.. But, I will go to India early next year...!! When work load is less..!

lolzzzzz I never a Home Sick person but the reason I want to come to India is to Relax. Give a Break to my Brain. I handle Big money and a Small Error may cost Million USD to Company and I can't afford those Mistakes. If I come to India I will not be disturbed anytime

If I don't drink then I would commit a big mistake to make BN Dollar error then. I drink within my limit to given some proper rest to brain otherwise My brain always think about the work and Restless always. I started to Drink more the more I handle money.

Pongal is the most important festival for us then Dewali and So far I missed twice only and it always on Jan 14th and in all probability I would be in India this time also in 2011.
I was in dilemma to Select Pongal or WC this time around, will decide Next month

In India, vacation days are more... vacation days, sick leaves, personal days... Plus 10 calendar holidays!

4 weeks paid vacation for senior management... 3 weeks for rest... and then 10 calendar holidays....!!

That's really bad, perhaps only the Drinks are costly in India but everything else I found cheap there.

Hmmm not really I could have got the leave if I wanted. But usually every time I go for Uttarayan (kite flying) in Jan. But now I regret and feel that I should have gone for Diwali. There is always a next time.

I said for Dewali. I can't stay more then 12 Months anytime. I missed the 1st time when I was in India also at Hyd then 3 here now it's going to be 5th Consecutive year I miss Dewali
Every Year or some times after 6 months also I visit India
