Yuvraj scores 50 and then gets out for 52. He is not doing good enough that too against a team like UP.

P Kumar (3 wkts) got him.
UP is a good team and any batsman can get out to anyone anytime. It is to be seen if Yuvraj played fluently or struggled.

I am not sure if it is pitch or not. First one looked suspicious though but then the team batting seconds is 120 odd for one wicket.

Australia ODI record this year.
by Sports Lover on Nov 01, 2010 03:00 PM  | Hide replies

Australia has played 22 matches and won 15 and lost 6 with a win percentage of 71% better than their overall win record of 65%. So we cannot count them out in World Cup

Yes, Wi, pak, ireland etc. That is 10 matches won and then they lost 2 series against India (0-1) and England (2-3). They also won 3 matches against NZ and lost 2.

India (Whitewash Aus),
Pakistan (They got Razzaq),
Srilanka (T20 win Aus), or
Bangladesh (Whitewash NZ 4-0)
are going to win the world cup.

Thing is you really cannot pick any. The team who is consistent will win. But I don't think there is any consistent team around these days so cannot really guess.

I agree with you that this innings was ONE OF the best ODI innings ever played. I watched it live. I may not say one of the top 5 though. But winning single handedly from a hopeless situation was just amazing. I have seen razzak do it before so I thought as long as razzak was there Pakistan had a chance and he did it in style. Razzak's best for sure. Perhaps even a best by a Pakistani batsman.

People who didn't watch the match, they really missed one among the best knocks in ODI history by Razzaq. If we are to pick top five ODI knocks, this has to be on among them. Great innings and all clean hits..OMG ten huge sixes in just a century..I saw it and it was worth the time spent.

I think you have watched only this match and that is the reason why you consider it one among best 5. The other reason could be that you are mslm. There have been enough of such knocks.

It was a very good knock under pressure. That's it.

2. Chanderpaul agnst SL (in which he scored the reqd. 10 runs in last 2 balls)
3. A De' Silva in 96 SF agnst India
