Suresh Raina, as captain the following rules, seriatim, need to be always followed in strict conformity. I consider you with a good head on your shoulders will do that and become the best captain ever. 1. Before any match never ever open your mouth with statements like "we will do that" "we will do this" etc. By these type of stateemtns you're undermining your opponents. They are not. 2. You're a team. Always speak collectively. Do not blame individuals. There is always 2 sides to a coin. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Infact losing shakes you out of stupor forming a "fire in your stomach" to fight. You have to smart under defeat once in a while to excel. Don't lket a defeat show in you or in the body language of the team. 3. Talk less and peform more. Trea everyco-player as equal. Listen to everybody and learn for the3 learning curve is never complete till you go into your grave. All the best

let us not beat our own trumpet that we are no.1 or no. 2 in cricket. that we are super power in making. that we are no. 2 software power. that we are no. 1 democracy in the world. such stts. should be made by other countries or other responsible persons. suresh raina should not worry about such things. he and his team should strive to improve their game with every passing day, match continuously with confidence and flair. medals and kudos will follow.
