This is an IPL team and not an Indian team. The like of Jadeja and Yusuf Pathan that have no good record against even indian bowlers in the dowmestic matches here in india. how many centuries have these fools scored in ranji matches ? How many centuries has Raina scored in ranji matches when comapred to Rahul Dravid ?
These no good fools are selected by Sreekanth based on their performance in a club level tournament that is IPL.
Defeat is not an embarassment to them. They will make up some other excuse after gettingf wipped by the lankans.
As long as the garbage in the team that is Zimbabwe is given a chance to rep. india, india will be at the bottom of the pile.

Buddy, have players who did well in the IPL been selected for these matches? Has tiwari, rayudu, pandey been selected? Did jadeja play in the recent IPL? So how do you say it is an IPL team? Get your facts right. Again, the bowling in domestic matches are of club standard while those in the IPL consist of many international top quality bowlers who are not easy to hit. Do you believe that steyn and co are worse than domestic bowlers? Yusuf pathan was exposed in the IPL where the bangalore bowlers bounced him. The point is unless we get good top quality fast bowlers, we would always struggle and have to depend on sachin, sehwag and co to rescue us.

quality pitches produce quality players....dead pitches produce "phalthu" 20-20 players...,...IPL is just "bullshit"...it's abt money and nothing else...not real cricket...it's a cricketing entertainment....
India'ns can only win slow turners, that's a proven fact. It could not produce any notable fast bowler(not fast medium), or batsmen who could score fast on fast pitches in all the history of Indian cricket. Shame on the administrators of the game who with unlimited money and huge crikcet pool could not achieve this. Pakistan and Srilanka are doing this quite regularly, though they have far lesser money and lesser pool of players. Maybe we Indians are just not capable enough, instead of blaming administrators.

captains should be blamed for this pathatic display of batsmenship on a "pacy" pitches.....u know y..?? the so called "home advantage" factor forced each n every captain of team india to prepare a "sub standard, mud track" which doesent even hold for the entire 5 days of a test match....starting frm azharuddin's period india prepared "designers" pitch to suit spinners, which r nothing but deteriorating "mud tracks" and won home series against all the touring teams...the treand is countinued with "ganguly"...who is responsible for "influencing" pitch curator to prepare a "sub standard pitches at home, he even skipped test matches if the pitch is not prepared according to his wishes, several of his team mates supported him....dravid and chappel combination tried hard to stop this "negative trend"....started playing on a good firm pitches with young fast bowlers...created a cream of fast bowlers , encouraged them......now dhoni is exactly doing what "ganguly" used to do...."influence " the curator to prepare "mud tracks"....board supports this....players like, harbhjan, sehwag, dhoni openly support these kind of pitches to nullify the pace n bounce of touring fast bowlers.....b'cause

Boss, any captain would call for a track which would be of help to him. Merely preparing fast pitches for test matches would not help indian cricket at all. They would get thrashed by all and sundry. The point is we need good pitches for domestic tournaments and more importantly, we need to scout for real top quality fast bowlers and not military medium pacers. We need to groom them on a priority basis. When we have such bowlers playing in the domestic tournaments, then the standard of our batting would go up automatically.

get some cricket's knowledge....only in india the pitches are so heavily under prepared....allmost "mud tracks"...name any pitch in ENG, AUS, SA...which have been prepared accordingly to suit their home team.....they are rhe same over a decades of period , they dont prepare "designers" pitch......tthey remain as it is till today......a laughable thing that u dont understand a thing abt fast bowling......dead pitches produce "medium pacers"....quality pitches with pace and carry develop good quality players ...not "phalthu" 20-20 players.....
raina is not captain of even up team and he is made captaian of national team coz of his buddy dhobi... under-19 wc winning kohli should have been named captain to groom him for future... and vijay and pathan can be be given numerous chances they are not good for international cricket except a good knock every year or so... they can only score on flat batting pitches in ipl... this team will lose all matches and india is going to go down in rankings to 4/5 position...all due to politics of dhobi and crook selector srikanth whom media call explosive batsman with a strike rate of 70... and ave of 30...

What a Joke .. if you want to play for India you have to lick..of Srinivasan & Srikanth.you have to be part of Chennai super kings..& whistle when they tell you do so ! What a shame kick out the rascals and clean up Indian cricket with honest guys not jokers like this

Virat kohli is not suited for captaincy...............he is self centered and will hardly take a team together he may have been a great junior player but there is lot of difference between a junior and senior team. If anyone had seen the way ran out Pieterson in the IPL match when a commited cricketer would have given his wicket out.

infact when was the time when sehwag and gambhir opened the innings.its always sachin and sehwag...idiot writer, get ur facts right
Lazy Indians have identified themselves with lazy cricket. Cricket is one of the least popular games in the world.ICC tried to popularise it,but failed.T-20 is the latest gimmick. This will also fail. Football is the most popular game in the world. There is no comparison of football with cricket.Cricket will remain in India,if not elsewhere, even after 100 years.Indians are not capable of playing the vigorous, demanding game of football properly.Maybe due to the frailer physical structure. Hence Indians are stuck with lazy games like cricket which is the garbage left by the British, when they left India.
