He means becoz others also in the same boat hence they shud not be in the jury panel. well... other than him ... none are charged for the 22 charges.... he shud be careful. things can boomerang ...

fyi - Modi does not appoint supreme court judeges... BCCI wants to be the petitioner, the police, the judge, the jury and the executioner - all in one. This kind of arrangements should be banned in any civilized society.
