BCCI tells indians to shut up!
by Talisman on May 24, 2010 02:12 AM

BCCI in all its wisdom has found the core reason why the team continues to under perform in world twenty twenty matches.

No. It is not that the team is full of flat track bullies that run with their tail between their legs when facing quality pace.

No. The BCCI finds nothing wrong with giving players to represent india in an international tournament absolutely no preparation time as their club level money spinning IPL bonaza needed just five days before the world cup.

No, It is not the selection committee screw ups that picked a whole lot of washed up or half-fit players in the team leaving in-form players out.

Yes. It is the pub brawl that is after the game that caused India to fail!

What a logic from the BCCI selling it to indian public who the BCCI counts as morons!

Praise the BCCI run by politicians who use india's sweet name to make money and comfort for themselves and when it comes to sending a good team to rep. India, just dont care.!

The players will never be serious so are fans. They know that people will shut their mouth once next series starts. The same people applude them even if they hit a boundry to novice Zimba or Bangla bowlers. The show is fools show run by fools, play be fools and seen by fools. So it is fools paradise. And what am I doing is also stupid... So celebrate tha company of Fools

Shows hypocracy of BCCI
by Ravi Madiraju on May 19, 2010 08:11 PM  | Hide replies

This smacks of any logical thinking on BCCI.

On one hand they supported (in fact encouraged) the Players to attend Pub parties in the name of IPL nights... but when the cricketers get into troouble over a pub brawl and stand up for themselves, BCCI shows the wrath..!
I am not supporting the erratic behaviour of some of the cricketers - they should be punished without second thoughts - but what right BCCI has got to issue show cause notices..??
If you drink, dance and blatantly do prostitution there is nothing wrong because BCCI "approved" that event (and getting money because of it..!) but if the same kind of a crime is done at a much lower level in a different situation, BCCI shows its ire..! Hyppocrats of highest order...!!

Wonder what BCCI would have done if the Indian team won the Cup and same brawl took place after that..!!!!

Chappell
by Abhijit Nair on May 19, 2010 06:26 PM

Most of the former Indian Cricketers were heavily critical of Greg Chappell, Gavaskar was one of the main critic.Only A Jadeja and to some extent Kapil Dev supported Chappell.

Greg Supported Raina Karthik etc.

The best punishment for these people is to make them work in a Pub ( Kitchen) for atleast one year, by the BCCI.

BCCI has done wright. Yuvi is taken himself God of Cricket, which actually not. Morover others should learn a lesson, DEFAME of INDIA out side INDIA is not at all tolerable to all cricket lovers in INDIA.
All these should be sidelined for atleast 12 months even for Ranji.
