Bond is the one of most tolented bowler in world cricket. We miss u bond.. You will have a bright future ahead....
Mr. Bond learn sumthing from Jayasuriya, still playing even after non-performing in IPL & T20... I thought after ystrday's SL Loss & Jayasuriya's own performance in the tournament, he will retire, but still now no news on Jayasuriya's retirement... I think he is planning to play next T20 WC also, may be coming to bat after Mendis ... But world cricket will miss a supereb bowler like Shane Bond...
he could bowl the fastest along the likes of brett lee and shoaib akhtar but with only one difference: he didnt chuck like them! he had instilled lots of fear in batsmen's minds, especially the all-conquering aussies of till 2007 to the likes of haydens and gilchrists. he could run through their line-up with his awesome speed bowling. thats quite an achievement in itself for ripping apart the greatest batsmen and greatest teams in his prime. kudos to BOND. he is the 007 of cricket, being both a charmer with his killer looks and his dignified "murderous-assault" on the batsmen!

Really sad that a genius like Shane Bond could not have a prolonged career. What a bowler he was at his peak! He ripped apart the Australian team one more than one occassion by the ferocity of his bowling!
