Saying, that Parties and hectic traveling during IPL matches are the causes for the failure is unacceptable. What other motivation one needs than playing for ones own country? But, Dhoni & Co will not understand that because the only language they understand is that of money. Who cares whether India wins or lose? As long as you get paid and enjoy parties these losses hardly doesn't matter.

I agree. this is just lame excuse.Why not the apprehensions were conveyed through proper channel during IPL and Parties?? why now after the humiliating defeat. By the way hard labour for advetise shoots between the matches has no impact on Performance ?????

AFTR SCORING 90 IN 10 OVERS U PPL GOT OVERCONFIDENT AND U N RAINA EASED A BIT WHN THE NEED WAS A BIG SCORE
BEFORE THE MATCH U KNEW THE EQUATION VERY WELL. A SCORE 0F 180 - 190 WHICH WAS POSSIBLE WID THE START WE HAD WUD HAV SEEN USM THRU
ALSO CHEEKA MADE MESS OF SELECTION BY NOT INCLUDING INFORM PLAYERS AND SENDING SOME DUDS
AND FINALLY WAT IS UR LOGIC OF INCLUDING 3 SPINNERS WHN SEAMERS FRM ALL THE TEAMS WHR MAKING MERRY. AND AS EXPECTED TWO OF THEM GOT THRASHED AND OTHER 1 NO WKT FRM 5 MATCHES
BE SMART ALONG WID UR PLAYERS MR DHONI

i agree that IPL nights would have taken a toll on players health, but my question is... DHONI has himself agreed that he never attended any IPL night. why dint he perform well then?

He didnt say just the parties, he said late night games, parties and constant travel.....but obviously media being what it is chose only parties....

So how come IPL is not to blame for the lacklustre performance, as he is so stubbornly maintaining all along?
Dhoni already quoted as truly and correctly "As Far as the sloganeering goes, I am not bothered about that". Why you people are hell bent on bashing each other. What ever you guys are shouting from the top does not going to bother either Dhoni, Shrikanth nor BCCI.
