Whats wrong with Indian cricket, when poorer voilence gripped countries like Pakistan and Sri Lanka without proper domestic infrastrcuture can come up with winners why not India? We have bigger population, more facilities but still lag behind. Are we perennial whiners?

When every team makes runs more than India, it's not India's problem it's others problem. They dont know how to score below indian score. Poor chaps
Its unexpected of a world no.1 team to perform so cheaply and being eulogized by the world cricket fraternity. Except few players, all others totally let down team india. Yuvraj is a total waste and he should be dropped from further slection. He has no concentration and responsibility on the pitch. India should take a leaf out from pakistan & Sri Lankan players who fights till the end. Fielding is pathetic and no coach can improve the indian fielding. I am sure, Indian team would have performed if they were offered few million dollars?
Its great let down and they have brought disgrace to this country by their cheap act.

India also fighting to the last to lose the match. Dont under estimate the committment, zeal.
Pyare Bundhu Log, Kel maine bhawisywani ki thii ki, Pakistan africa ko dho dega aur aaj bharet lanka ko panii pila - pila ke marega.
ek to suchh ho gayee aur aaj doosra bhi such hoga, aglii bhawisywani yeh hai ki, final mein india - pakistan ka match hoga, aur Cup hum jeet ker layenge. Tention not, Fiker Not.
Raha sawaal pathan ka, yes he desrved to be in team, i am not saying he is the best alrounder we have, but kind of jadeja, and others, he deserved to be ahead of them.
Aisa lagta hai ki, jadeja bharet ko jitaane kum aur harane mein jayada viswaas kertein hain, last wordl cup mein unhone india ki band baja dee theee aur iss baar bhi apnee teref se purii kosish ker rahe hain. Lekin fiker not aaj patahn kum se kum 5 sixer marega . aur raina man of the match.
I dont think it is right to rest any senior just coz they are seniors. The way Zaheer Khan, Yuvraj Singh, Gautam Gambhir played, i think they shud have been sent to zimbabwe and asked to prove their form and fitness.. If someone is injured then it should be told openly....If these guys need rest then they shud opt out of IPL and not international duty. They need to put national interests higher than their own personal financial interests.

And yes i despite being a dhoni fan wud blame him for his stupid team selection.. persisting with mediocre players like jadeja, pathan and vijay will never work on pitches where specialists are required.. These players will do well on dead tracks like the one India is going to play Srilanka today but not on bouncy pitches like Barbados...

This is the 2nd time in a year that they have been bounced out of the world cup. The likes of Raina, Rohit Sharma, Yusuf Pathan have to take responsibility of learning to play the short pitched stuff else they can sit out of tournaments featuring outside the sub continent...and bowlers need to have the confidence to bowl cutters, slow balls (slow bouncers) and aggressive bouncers...Cricket is played outside India too (in case they forgot)...

I agree. One more factor for these defeats are Indian pacers bowled poorly in both the matches...and there is huge difference between playing IPL matches on Indian wickets at 8.00 p.m. and playing T-20 sorld cup matches at 9.30 a.m on bouncy track! The same Nunes, Watson, Tait looked menancing on Barbados track.

You are right. The Indian bowled very poorly to let the oppositions score about 170-180 runs on fast and bouncy track at Barbados. We should have been able to restrict opposition around 150 on such tracks. Chasing 170-180 on such track will never be easy for existing Indian batting line-up, where (except probably Rohit Sharma)no one has a technique to play fast and rising deliveries.
