One days will no longer be around, with 20-20 one days have become boring sure 10 years down the line no one will play one days. 20-20 will remain for young player, tests will be there for older people.

Why all this calculation since in the first place this Indian team doesn't deserve in the first instant. Against WI they could have won easily which didn't happen. Forget about defeat against Australia, they are strong in all the deparments of the game and they are sure to win the title this time. So let the Indian team come back very soon beacuse the super stars have a busy schedule attending late night outings and ofcourse Shooting for advitersiment from which they can become millioners. Who cares for the Indian public and they don't care because they are least bothered about India. Real shame on you Mr. Dhoni and the team mates.
No need to expect the miracles. First fix the team and then think about luck. Drop the junk players karthik and Murali. Provide the opportunities to quality players like Uthappa, Abhishek Nair, Manish Pandey. S Tiwari,Rayudu, M Tiwari, Pujara etc. Some of these players definitely will shine and will become long timers for india. If you look into the present tournament, it all started with Murali Vijay. He is not able to face the quality bowlers. His scores are consistently 0, 2 and 7. His strike rate is less than 50%. He started the collapse in each match. Because of him, india is now in a position to exit from the tournament. Selectors need to clean up selection committe by removing junk Srikanth and then start clean up the players.

It's unfortunate that Srikanth started the quota system again by taking Tamil Nadu players who are not even B Grade players.

I am not a tamilian but I find your analyses to be unfair and rubbish. Every selctor faces this stupid accusation. If Sehwag was well to play, Murali Vijay would not have been chosen. And Murali Vijay was not exactly a pushover in the IPL for you to claim that others could have replaced him. Except for Vijay and Karthic (who is in reality Dhoni's pick) tell me who else is the Tamil Nadu player that has been selected by Srikant?? Are Rohit sharma also from TN? Be fair, or tomorrow if someone from Andhra becomes a selector, people will say he is biased too. Indians are unfair to people not from their state and are paranoid enough to find favoritism everywhere.

Srikant supporting only Tamil players who are nt world class only club class, newly developed ego of Dhoni... What you can expect???? Kumble could have better marshalled Kumble, Tendulkar are ever youth full Why not aggressive players like Uttappa who demoralise opponent was picked. Anti posture by Shrikant?? Its a heart break to
