Indian chances
by kareem on May 09, 2010 04:14 PM  | Hide replies

This is not a classic test matches, there is no malcom marshal, ambros,Walsh in Caribbean side,
more over, there is no bounce as used to be, but ..there is no good batsman in indian side, gambeer, raina will struggle aganst quality piches, rohith will fail because he scored first match..india going to all out below 100..

Moron proki started to barking here. Just one failure and all the porki dogs started to bark. Gambhir scored 5 Test Centuries on a row including the Napier Marathon Innings. No porkis can bat like that to save a test match. Mind it moron.

S Raina just now scored a International T20 century against a much much better bowling attack.

So How come Rohit is having a Average of 76 In World Cup T20 matches?

kareem porki showing mus porkis never ever had any brain

He is very Lucky Y'day
by Senthil on May 09, 2010 01:51 PM  | Hide replies

He got all the variety of edges and had a lucky day. Top edge, bottom edge, leading edge, genuine edge in between slip and Keeper. All of his edges almost landed safely and several of those due to misjudging of fielders.

whatever man he played well and did fantastic job..he s d no1 player in T-20 unlikely our players...he plays for his country...v kept uttappa out side..who played better dan Dhoni.... only one thing our selectors did best is dey kept out our so called fast bowler ishant sharma...otherwise v should out on legauge only...in d place of dhoni dey should give better chance 4 youngsters...

We should not compare IPL performance (with limited world class players) to World T20 where standard is much higher.

No UNIFORM selection pattern in INDIA
by HELLO on May 09, 2010 11:15 AM  | Hide replies

In india regionalism, always and in every field of life,a controversial issue,we cant deny. There was a time every tom, dick, harry were selected from Mumbai. So also there was from karnnatak. So also from north zone.To be honest,in india,it hardly matters performance. If now south indian players selection (vijay) is an issue, why the so called purist kept silent when north indian or other zone players were selected on the same yard stick? As the critics preferred to keep silent then,so should learn to keep silent now.The selection parameter in india is never uniform.

Murli Vijay is good for domestic tournaments in Indian soil only. He should be kicked out of India team. Maddu Srikanth is doing phylum baji.

Those who fail only complain about regionalism, religion etc. When Indians defeated SA there was nothing wrong? What regionalism are you talking about? There is nobody from your village?

Rather than selecting inexperienced slow pitch batting masters our selecters should have opted for a mixture of talents with expertism of back foot and front foot. Murali Vijay is an example of regionalism in that sense.

vijay was selected based on performance not regionalism. people like pathan, jadeja and the evergreen list of north indian non-performers are always based on regionalism....
