All the TV channels very very busy in collecting dates, news of IPL during the final match and broadcast it all the time leaving few hours for other news. people also very eager to know so they switched to one channel to other seeking new information ...but today what the same channels are doing.... do they follow it so that they can give the truth to the people..finally the viewers are the fools....
Because of unethical behavior like this, cannot function in accordance with the norms of international business. Function more like petty thieves, can never get into the big leagues. Business of any kind is built on a level of trust, professionalism and integrity - all of which were lacking here. Shame indeed!!

Agree, big leagues can only be built with institutions having the character like Tatas and Infosys
These very documents were missing when Income Tax raids were conducted and even BCCI staff could not lay their hands. But see this guy's honesty!! He gives up all documents. But why did he not turn them up to IT.

He should have resigned, if he had any bit of shame or professionalism left in him. I can't believe people are actually supporting this guy - amazing..

What do u guys want? If he does not hand it over, it means he has something to hide and when he hands it over, he is dishonest! Now, the Income tax can lay its hand on the docs. So what is the problem?

Yeah, Now the income tax can lay its hand on the docs and book him under two more counts i.e. suppression of information and destruction of evidence. IPL is over stop the frenzy till next season. Let BCCI and Income Tax clean up the murk. There is urgent need to democratize cricket and prevent it degenerating into a a gladiator sport with franchise owners and betting syndicates fooling the gullible public.

Do you think that IT people have a police like authority? They are concrened only with collection of tax and evasion of it if that is the pima facie case. They are not CBI for your info.Today Modi is the fav floggable boy , but prople running after him are no saints either. trying to get even for a minister being caught pants down.

Common Modi, Nail these bast---s from BCCI, especially the bloo-y politicians who are screw--g your happiness on the behest of the Congress just because you exposed Sonias pet Shashi Tharoor.Make sure you put them in a tight spot so that atleast Sharad pawar does not become ICC President in July and gets further chance to milk the country and fu-k up the game further.

agree asha...this is like chor ke daadi me thinka, can Modi explain why these documents have been kept with him??
No MD of a Corporate takes all papers home, it is kept with the relvant departments and professionally handled, with record keeping and safe keeping
This proves two points...The IPL is not a professional organization, it was always driven by one individual towards his needs, not the public or cricket
Secondly, is it that the docs given now have been re-created only now?

I completely disagree.... It was definitely a one man show, but it was for cricket and cricket only, when one touches sky and success is in his pocket there are bullies to bring it down, and such happened with Mr Modi.... lets wait for IPL 4 and things would get clearer.....

I sincerely hope and pray IPL 4 does not get as much TRPs...that way there will be more people who could do some other productive job in this country

What rubbish? How does cricket prosper? By film stars, cheergirls and celebrities at the venue?? Late night parties, where every thing in the name of IPl goes on...and for what?? Cricket is best served when atleast 1% of the couch potatoes who watched IPl on TVs without blinking and doing anything prodcutive, actually take a bat and go down their house and move their body to play cricket!!

Rahul, grow up. How is the IPL unproductive? It creates employment and pays taxes just like any producer creates a movie. What's wrong with using cheerleaders and celebrities? The NBA and the Baseball league in the USA use cheerleaders etc for their games. They generate a lot more money than the IPL. If you do not lke the IPL, there are other ways of entertaining yourself.

Rob keep yourself informed. IPL owners robbed the NATION. They did not pay any TAX, neither entertainment tax nor income tax. They only privately enriched themselves at the expense of the Government and gullible public. Strangely loss making enterprises saw their valuations rising by 400 percent.

This indian crab mentality story is always remembered whenever anyone is brought down. This is not applicable in this case. If at all one uses it it should altered thus. If one thief succeeds other thiefs bring him down.
