dude, go through the rule book first before commenting INDIA is C2 and NEWZELAND is B2.
standings in the group stage does not matter the position as it was decided on the seedings which was given to each team prior to start of worlds cup.
SA was 3rd seeded team hence c1 and India was 6th seed hence c2.

Check cricinfo fixtures, they have put india as c2

:)... to keep indian public glued to television :). They claim it's becuase the public can buy the tickets in advance. Coz super 8 positions are fixed unless there is an upset.

A1,A2,B1,B2,C1,C2,D1,D2 positions are fixed based on rankings and not due to performance in the group stage. If any of the seeded teams fails to qualify, then their position wud be taken by the other team in that group. I.e, if australia qualifies at the expense of bangla(seeded higher than australia), then they will qualify as A2.

Rain is only in guyana. All remaining matches are scheduled to play either in Barbados or st.Lucia. hence no more rain in tournament. :-D
