1. There should not be a super over to break the tie in a league. Both teams should be given 1 point each. Tie breakers are applicable only for knock out matches 2.Team with maximum points after the league matches should be declared as the winner like all other leagues in the world. 3. There should not be any ceiling cap on a player's bid value or total team budget. This will give the players immense money and will test the franchise love for the game(or in other way their love for the profit). Shane Warne has given decent proposals considering the fact that he will not get befitted much from those.
warne has proposed things which are advantages to foreign players... his mentality shows the mentality of the colonial rulers. no one wants his new plans, he better play with the rules set by the ipl committee... its better to kick out the foreigners from ipl and make it purely local players.

Foolishness! There is already a 20-20 tourney for corporates in India. How many including the above comment maker Mr.X are watching it?

nobody will watch the ipl, if it purely local players.... the ipl became popular bcz of foreigners....
Since these teams are owned by private enterprise, this cap on foreign players doesn't make sense. Only merit should matter on who makes it to the playing eleven and not the country of origin. Imagine if such caps were in place at Microsoft, Cisco, etc.

you must be a paki... keeping a cap will ensure the domestic players also get a chance to play. many new talents are found and its a good opportunity for them. suppose a team has only foreign players then it wont be ipl and will become foreign premier league.
