This is a new strategy by IPL owners to save money on payments. Anyway the players are bound by contract. This must be the brainchild of Lalit kch utia modi. Now they are imposing heavy fine on players for petty problems. Many indian players are not even paid USD 10000 for a year. So after playing like slaves, what will they get in the end?? And they can't complain to anyone. What happened to Jadeja we all know. The real face of IPL and Lalit Modi is clear now. And it is not a coincidence that only high paid Indian players are the victim of such huge fines.
I, for one, has decided to boycott IPL completely. And I request my fellow Indians to do the same.

And why not rediff who is publishing such silly articles which is very minor thing in cricket & getting all as useless fallows wasting time in showing each other our superioty.
It's mostly because of R.Dravid who can't play this format requested BCCI with the knowledge and without the knowledge of Ganguly all this 3 senior players are opted out. So does BCCI.
No one can question his decision not to play IT20.
Can anyone question the retirement from Test Cricket the most important format the game by the players such as A.Flintoff, J.Oram, S.Bond and B.Lee???
It's their Individual decision at the end. If you don't want to watch Sachin bat in IPL t20 switch off ur TV set and go to sleep.

I have seen many of them have written abt Sachin is playing in IPL and not for 20World Cup.
I totally agree with Sachin decision for not playing 20 World and why should he play. Three year before when first world was played no one even though abt him because his age is more then 35 and withou asking him he was let out of Indian Team.
Know how can Shameless Cricket board ask him to play again in World Cup.
