Young players or new generation is very much behind money... they always try to get it more by finding different ways... Same thing is freshers college pass out... everybody want within first year they should be travelling to onsite... with 5-6 month experience they will start saying I have this much experience and all... they feel they should be treated and paid as equivalent to the experienced... Common man you will get your share but wait n watch... don't be so impatient... "Sabar ka fal mitha hota hai"

there are players getting lesser or paid more than him but still he has approached other franchise to get more and more and more... result he is not going to get single penny...
If one goes by Ravindra Jadeja's case, it appears that 3 years is the lock in period and during this teneure the same player cannot be traded. If this is correct, Pakistani players are already in 3 year contract and deserve payment for IPL 3.

there are different contracts with every player.. Jadeja was under 19 player when he was selected by RR, and he had 3 years contract.. None of Paki players had 3 year contract (most of them had 2) thats the reason all Pakistani players were open for auction this year

It needs to be seen in broad .Who is not after money? count it from Jadeja to mumbai elevan to ipl itself .Why there should not be an chance for the player to reconsider ? As this is the first case in light ,how ever ,has any one decided to ban MI ( only warning letter ?)as why they entertained him and not guided him not to do such act.if the maturity of Jadeja and Management of team Mumbai is compared , MI has more reputed and senior persons then Jadeja. Its a game and only Khiladi ka carrier hi dav par nahi lagana chahiye. But the decision is taken by Governing council ,its ok .
Jadeja ofcourse wont dare. But this rule that even if a contract is expired, the team OWNS the player, is unconstitutional. Its like Forced-Labour It wont stand the scrutiny of the law of the land. IPL is not a country. They cant create laws that break our trade laws.

Yes, you are right, law of the land can never supersede law of an individual institution. The governiong body of IPL is arbitrary in my view and using its dictatorial methods due to a heavy flow of money into it.
Players contract should have been for one year, so that ones who performs better get higher pay next season, and poor performers get the lesser pay. That would be fair to both players and franschises. Or let the player and his franchise decide the period of the contract.
