Re: Slam?

Calling this "typical Indian communication" is a pretty big slam ... surely one man's perceived slight should not reflect upon the nation as a whole. This is a window on how India is perceived by the white skinned ... go there 'coz they have the money but never show any respect.
Doug Bollinger, the Australian fast bowler, has been drafted in by Chennai Super Kings as a replacement for the injured Jacob Oram, who was ruled out of the 2010 season of the IPL. Bollinger will join the team on April 5.
Sundar Raman, the IPL's chief executive, had confirmed the news on his Twitter page: "Doug Bollinger to debut for CSK, replaces injured Jacob Oram who is out for the entire series." Bollinger's inclusion will bolster Chennai's bowling attack, which sorely lacked a genuine strike bowler during a disappointing start to their campaign.
Oram suffered a patella tendon tear shortly after New Zealand's home series against Australia began and was advised rest for up to a month. His participation in the IPL was in doubt, but the franchise chose to wait before taking a final call on his replacement.
Bollinger, who came in to the Australian Test side in January 2009, has emerged as one of the team's best strike bowlers in the last year. He had an outstanding 2009-10 home season, taking 25 wickets in five Tests, against West Indies and Pakistan. He also took 15 wickets in eight ODIs against the two teams and began the Test series in New Zealand with a five-for in Wellington.

Senthil, you seems to be spokesperson for CSK.. why don't you communicate this to Oram so that all these confusions are sorted out. Also, speak to Rediff and tell them not to use those sensational headlines just to attract few mouse clicks!!!
csk and ipl being a team of repute must have good communication lines .means there should be a proper way to communicate between the players and team management ...i am not surte waht happened (fine print words)
if oram was fine he sould have told the team management .... and if oram was wrong the ipl that boast of a lot of money should me more civilised in hiring and foriring.....
because its not the money that gives the team pride its the players .
oram did his part in the last two ipls(2008/2009)... we in chennai should not forget taht .
thanks fro being apart of our team bid you farwell.
Its your fault. Chennai is reeling due to a lack of a genuine fast bowler. So they signed bollinger. U say that u have recovered. if so, where were u these days? u should have informed the chennai management immediately. Chennai is in bad shape now, are u following the matches?. So its ur responsibility to inform immediately that ur fit to make quick decisions. So its ur fault and u cant complain.

This dork had a great time informing the media that he is in tow minds about playing the IPL due to the 'security condition in India',saying it was not worth risking his life, etc etc, and now he has a problem he has been replaced due to his own injury, and that's 'typical of Indian communication'??Get over it,boy...you were not good enough to be in the Chennai side. Now stay home and lick your wounds.

It is important to tell players where they stand. He is right about poor communication. How would you like it if you lost you job and found out about it from the person next door as opposed from your manager or team.
