Shewag, yuvi and now pathan are sure shot clean hitters. On their day they can destroy any bowling attack.Only consistancy with solid techniques can push them in the league of classic tendulkar and viv richards.
Really yesterday knock was superb again. Really pathan shot look like a superb , miss hit also six.Dhoni should use this type of batsman and he should come at No. 1 .1down is a very gud position for pathan. if he click that day no worry about the match result. He is the No 1 sixer person in IPL . wish u all the best Pathan..
MI – One man army RCB – One man spoiling the whole army – (guess who!) DC – The best team – on paper ! Go, go, go, gooooooo DD – Love to go till Semifinals CSK – Known to bounce bank… this time will bounce out RR – Trying their ‘LUCK’ again KXII – Will be back…… but not this year KKR - Will never be back
It was nice to see such a destructive batsman.representing in the IPL tournament. But the main problem witrh this man is lack of consistency.Look at Mr.Tendulkar, even at this age, he is still going strong, because basically he is techniquely a complete cricketer.Hitting sixes and fours is very common in this format of the game.It is time Mr.Pathan, concentrates of techniques and takes a lesson or two from Tendulkar,Dravid, and other seniors, and earns the reputation of Mr.Consistency when he represents the country. BEST WISHES TO HIM
I think it is the right slot for yusuf . if he clicks it is sure win for India . if not there are others to follow. No point having back and allowing the likes of rohit sharma wasting ball after ball

Well, if Mr Modi had had his way in 2002, both the Pathan brothers would not have been alive to play for India today. Think about it.

in india he wets his pants looking at even military medium bowlers on pacy and bouncy wickets of wi,safrica, aus...he is good only on flat and dead wickets tailormade for ipl in subcontinent

@S mumbai, exactly. That's what I was thinking. Everybody is king in placid Indian wickets. Remember Atul Bedade, Praveen Amre, vinod Kambli?

If I am not mistaken, everyone was playing on the same pitch. The best hitters of the world are playing the IPL on flat pitches, but Yousuf is still the most devastating. Give him the credit !
