Reverse sweep
by mang on Mar 26, 2010 07:46 AM

Uttappa should change himself to left hand batsman and then try the reverse sweeps.. He might be successful.

It is very arrogant of him to try that shot again and again...

White and KP are coming by beginning of next weekand hence available for RCB's next match against Deccan chargers.

Ross and Steven Smith will probably miss RCB's next match as Aus vs NZ test match ends on 31st.

Anyways, Morgan will definitely make way for KP/White in the next match. That will probaly improve RCB batting line up to some extent

Another possible change is White/Steven Smith replacing Boucher. RCB has exactly 5 bowlers in playing XI and badly need an all rounder. However, this might backfire as Dravid/Uthappa are not genuine wicketkeepers and in tight situations this could mean missed stumpings/ missed catches/ extra runs for opposition in the form of byes.

Happy to have seen RCB Go down to Delhi Daredevils
by emmanuel leorn on Mar 25, 2010 08:34 PM  | Hide replies

I was finally happy as the ever arrogant RCB went down to Delhi Daredevils by 17 runs today ......... Delhi Daredevils got their 3rd win in 6 matches and better than that was that they ended their 3 match losing streak and what better than to beat out the top dog RCB out of the match ......

keeping kohli down the order and making locals like dravid and uthappa up the order....this is blatant bias and good thing they lost...they looked very arrogant on field...this match has opened up IPL...good.

That is the problem with Robin even before.. Even against CSK he was lucky to not get a LBW against Murali, where he way trying to reverse sweep him all the time.
