As a football fan i am happy to see that IPL will ruin cricket itself ,so that other games like football, badminton ,hocker, boxing will gear up and regain its glory.
I have small advice to Sourav that young player would be get the opportunity & also be the comunication with the player to each & other and also destroy the indivisual playing mentality.
even after getting a start, not losing even one wicket, with still about 10 overs left, neither Gayle nor Ganguly could think of hitting the ball to or over the boundaries even at the risk of losing their wicket.
It is pure luck that KKR could eventually put up a total of 155. For a long time, it looked like they would find it difficult to reach even 140.
It now appears certain that KKR will not qualify for the semis.

Ganguly played a selfish innings. He was more intent on making a some what decent personal score (~ 30) even if it meant playing at a slow pace.
If the captain is unable to lead from the front, the team gets demoralized.
