I was very happy to see Uthappa play so well. An innings which was really one of the best in IPL. I think Kallis played extremely well till the end. However, it would have been great if man of the match was shared between Uthappa and Kallis. Hope Uthappa continues his good form and comes into Indian side soon.
Whoever maintained that T20 is only for younger players now have to eat their words. That was a magnificent match-winning knock from Kallis! Moreover, in the current IPL, senior players are being more consistent than their younger counterparts. We have examples of Vaas, Symonds, Kallis and Gibbs, etc, to prove that.

Uttappa did it in IPL which he could not in Ranji finals. Is it just a mere accident?
He almost carries the bat till the end, plus can score at a fast clip. That gives license to hit for the other batsman. Last 2 matches he did not bowl that well, but his bowling too can win a match.
