Charity ?????
by zainul sayed on Mar 10, 2010 02:33 PM

If I have assets worth hundreds of crores and my income per annum is a hundred crore & I donate some Rs.25 lacs per yr would you call it charity or Bhiksa. No Indian cricketer or film star has ever done any charity in this country.Although they are sitting on billions of Rupees. They evade taxes, they want security at the cost of exchequer,VVIP status again at the cost of exchequer, all the lime light and glitter etc but none of them have ever done or helped the genuine charity organisation. These guys are damn bloody greedy n selfish. What does country get from these peoples records or achievement. If Bollywood guys and cricketers seriously take the task of charity lacs of people will smile ! But better not keep any hopes on these guys, but yes do buy IPL tickets, never miss first day first show of some block buster and then next day repent for having spent hard earned rupees on a match or a movie.Who made Amitabh or Shahrukh or Aamir ? why people sob when a batsman gets out
on zero ? why are we dejected when we loose a cricket match or rejoice after a win ? Why ? We the 'Aam Admi' is to be blamed isnt it ?????

thats how u look at it.

for someone like sachin tendulkar, his bats, and pads and gloves have a great sentimental values.

please i suggest atleast have a good friend who has played cricket at ranji trophy level, you will know what i am talking about.

please dont make blank and blunt statments.

nobody will bid for your bat. remember that.

A person having crores of ruppe will not do charity. It comes from inner of your heart. If there is cheating by CA or No dues by right to pay one should not pay for that.It has no connection with charity.I questioned all who has passed the adverse remark that after all your expenses from balance are u doing 20% charity? If not please do not pass comment.

Is This Charity
by Critics on Mar 10, 2010 01:13 PM  | Hide replies

Warren Buffet has donated his 85% of assets to Charity. Such should be the extent. This is gentlemen has not even donated 1% and rediff is doing bla bla about it. Write about warren rediff, who struggled in life and earned fortune then donated. He even do live a luxarious life. Do not own more than one house, one car. This is called charity. This is gentlement has so many houses cars wants to live tax free life has donated tip of ice berg and we are saying he is doing great job. Please dont pass personal comments saying how much you have donated, because to donate one should hace extra and I do not have extra.

Warren donated 85% SO everyone should donate 85%...?? Then u just victim of stats...And mate everyone ahs different life styles...So such comparison is worthless...Both have talents they earned their every dime..and they r doing charity..thats all common..but of course one ahs to have positive attitude to see it..It all depends on perspective...Good luck with the positive perspective...And yeah one sure can have EXTRA positive attitude in life..take it easy
