Yes, NE should do from NE !!! In 60 years all outcome of resource diverted from NE keeping it barren. Coz total MP power is limited from NE. The hammering power possesses by big states. Top officials of policy making groups are from big states. Result fertile NE from all resource becomes barren. Just one example: Earlier Assam got Royalty for petroleum less than half than that of Gujarat received upto later 80s.

NE has natural resources waiting to be explored. But the local people fear that it would attract outsides. Hence the people are not allowing development.

Deepak, NE needs to be properly integrated culturally with rest of India and my friend unfortunately we Indians are so narrow minded that we need to have an external binding factor.
