RCB is going to suffer with their all star overseas players team also qualified now.

Kallis, R Taylor, C White and M Boucher.

Only KP and Dale Styen will be available for them.

What abt J Rayder?

Of course, in an earlier interview Ross Taylor has already clarified that he will play for Central Stags as its his home team.
So no chance for RCB or Victoria

infact RCB doesnt have enough foreign players for CL T20 :
Kallis : will play for Warriors
Boucher : will play for Warriors as he anyways doesnt have a significant role in RCB
Ross : will play for Central Stags
White : is the skipper of Victoria Bushrangers and will play for them
KP : not available because of English county season
Morhan :not available because of English county season
