Challenge of any rule, procedure, guideline and static law. only can made by politician and stooges of them.
Not by any Business man. In indian law there is no reports of any citizen of india had challenged politician action and activities and got the justice.
forget about court of law and law in india made for protecting innocent, poor and unable person.
