RR and defending champion NSW should replace two english teams.

Sorry, RR didn't deserve to be there based on 3 Year back performance but surely NSW deserve to be there based on Defending Champion

English Teams has to be replaced but RR is obviously bad choice since they can't even prove in IPL

In my opinion, Champions league T20 is really unnecessary of all the championships in world cricket.
