A reflective problem
by Jay on Jun 18, 2010 09:06 AM  | Hide replies

I know I am going to attract controversy from other members here BUT Team India's problems are a direct reflection of the basic problems most Indians possess - CAREFREE attitude, NEGLIGENCE and INSINCERITY towards a certain cause unless it involves monetary gains.

Take a look at the performance of the same group of youngsters during the IPL. Their performances are a bizarre contrast to what they have done so far representing India.

All the so called former greats of Indian cricket may say whatever they want BUT it's a nightmarish truth that the average young Indian cricketer is proud about representing Mumbai Indians, Kings XI Punjab etc rather than wearing the navy blue of India.

Lalit Modi has dug the grave of Indian cricket. Sure he's gone now but there will others to continue his brutal legacy. I for one am not proud of the IPL. The IPL has solely benefited the foreigners and has devastated Indian cricket. The world cup is only 8 months away but there is still time for all these arrogant youngsters to buckle down and take responsibility for their actions off field and on field. Only consistent performances should guarantee their place in the side and there should be no give away of spots to a Tom, Dick and Harry simply cause uncle Srikkant adores him.

"bunch of jokers" still living in "fool's paradise", and thinking that all these "phalthu" 20-20 format players are match winners....BCCI and selection committe are the biggest "joke" for entire cricket world,,neglecting "world class" player of rahul dravid"s ability and experience, and promoting incapable, indesciplined, "phalthu" players is suicidal for team india....it's been prooved time n again that this team without dravid at no.3 position is an ordinary team at international level....bunch of jokers think otherwise......god save indian cricket

these are "phalthu" 20-20 format players ...it's nonsense to defend these kind of players...BCCI must kickout these players and selectors for choosing these players for an international tournaments...
