how do you justify his >10000 runs in one day cricket. do you think it was fluke.he was the one who showed that indians can be fearless against any opposition.thats what made this team one of the best.

look...typical bengali mindset....dont know in which match he stood entire day and played a winning knock like dravid , laxman, sachin....an overhyped player who allways hid behind dravid for victories....bengalis think he is better than bradman..

ganguly was fortunate 2 have laxman dravid sehwag bhajji kumble winning matches 4 him...he himself did nto deserve place in indian test team

He needs some more experience in domestic cricket. I will go with A.Nehra who is performing so well after come back.

sonali, Irfan was give ample chance but he failed to cement his place, and he has not done anything significant,rather he has been poor. I do not believe in calling back discarded players. He is nothing special to deserve a third or forth look.

First, how you be so sure? 2nd, if you really are then what happened in past with ishant & Kartik? haven't they got ample chances? Ishant records in ODI..56 wickets in 41 matches and an eco rate of 5.9, is that what you are selecting him in the team?

Total bakwas team! we'll have to admit that we don't have any option for Dhoni both as a captain and as a wicketkeeper batsman! Zaheer khas is the best seam bowler we have at present and you don't want him in the team, weird! Dinda & Kulkarni, on what basis? Sidharth trivedi and pardeep Sangwan has shown much talent in them! Pujara & Badrinath, wow ahead of Kohli who has just become some 4th or 5th the fastest 1000 runs maker in ODI's, having an avg of over 50 with a strike rate of 83! You really have some cricketing sense in you! Chawala....oohohohoho...no words at all! Raina, just one serial failure and he's out, right? Check his records, he's doing far better than Yuvi and gambhir when got a chance and mind it he's coming way down the order nowadays! Ok, don't worry i welcome your inclusion of Surabh Tiwari! :)

I have been on this stance since the first time ediots started tp brey about grooming youngsters for future. I consider myself vindicated.
There is no reason to GROOM ! Were any of the legends groomed ? was Kapil groomed ? Was gavaskar Groomed ? Were Sachin/Dravid/Ganguly/Kumble/Laxman etc Groomed ?
If you have the talent and the dedication and hunger , you don't need to be groomed. Grooming is only for Substandard people. Going by the amount of quota Govt is reserving for sub standard resources, people seem to have forgotten that in sports and competitive arenas there is no place for sub standard.
I rate Indian cricket team as a bunch of emotional players who mastered the art of snake charming their masters in BCCI/zonal selectors. Irony is we can’t blame them, crucify them in public irrespective countless times they faltered, b4 and after every crucial series. We the Indian fans, live with the dangerous word called IF. If Kapil return to modern day cricket, if Dravid played, if Harbhajan opened the bowling attack and many more IF’s. When BCCi can do their job casually, believe in sending the cricket team for the namesake. We can also expect the result/outcome for namesake. Don’t expect that these jokers can revive the glory of this gentleman game. We have seen how Indian batters suffered constipation on green top, lively pitches and how bowlers can have their loose-motions on flat pitches. Example, Sehwag can stick to the team even if he is not performing with his bat, as bowls well on dusty pitches in Indian sub-continent. He can do so because Harbhajan and Praveen Kumar can score better than him. Their roles are interchangeable in Dressing room. Mark my words, Sachin, Drvaid, Ganguly shared 40,000 runs among themselves without any world cup. When they do not remorse, do you think these jokers under “ “, has that pain, that dream which Kapil’s not so known team has in 1983,
why this fatichar board always do politics with player. when we dont have good player, then why should not we recal DADA means saurav ganguky. we indian always knw he is good cricketer in one day. And he is still playing for BENGAL and IPL and he had done good knock in IPL 3. Did we are looking for zonal or Indian players. I always beleave god is there. and lets see
