Just bcoz India got the stick in the form of Zimbabwe & Srilanka and have packed their bags home , the match doesnt bcome a dead rubber & not to mention the fact the forgettable form of the current series captain Raina, who would play out of his skin for his franchisee but not for his country & also remember the fact even b4 the guys were packed off by srilanka last match , almost 8 guys iout of the playing 11 were out right from the start of this tournament coz they were just a stop gap arrangement to the seniors who sure wuld come back to the team once they finish what ever they are supposed to be doing .As a cricket fan i thought that Zim Vs Ind matches would be dead rubber but it turned out to be the thriller,Raina seems to have the dhoni hangover inadverently believing on Muirali Vijay( who can play only in Flat pitches) & asking Y.Pathan a supposed to be a heavy hitter to bat down the order rather than go 1 down or 2 down while the Capt himself dropping down.This Series loss isnt the loss of Indian Team but the short handedness on the part of the selectors to assume that if u throw in a bunch of youngsters without much playing matches that they wuld perform well is truly a bad idea.These guys should have been included in the team where even the seniors played so that they could get some experience under the belt.The selectors should have known what happened to Zimbabwe team when their started a team from scratch .

well said agree with u, selectors need to be realistic in selection keeping away regionalism and favourism
Vijay doesn't seem to be good even on flat pitches

I feel sorry for Murli Vijay and at the same time, he should have taken this opportunity to prove his worth. You cannot castigate just one person for losing. Even other batsmen and especially our bowlers were not good.
Murali Vijay can still come back and prove everyone wrong, if he develops good temperment which was lacking throughout this trip.
