IPL- India Political Liars- Sharad Pawar & Sule. Why ??? 1)As per section 298 0f Company Act 1956, the MD is empowered with 2/3rd. majority board resolution to buy and bid for the IPL tender. this is as per "City Corporation" Resolution dated 31st. january 2010. This resolution was made on "City Corpn Letter head" stamped and signed.
2) As per the March 16th. Resolution, the Company is not buying or bidding in IPL, but Authorises its MD to buy and bid for IPL in his individual capacity. But this Resolution is not made on "city corpn" letter head but on "Amnora" letter Head, but with the seal of "City Corpn". So, Here there is Grey and dicrepency Area which the Pawars and Sule needs to explain to the people, when they took so much of pain to tell the people that their families are not directly or Indirectly Involv As BJP Spokesman Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad claimed, the Authencity of the March Resolution is suspect(Back dated or Doctored) and needs to be cross checked with Registrar of Comapany Affairs
3) Also, this March Resolution in "Amnoras" Letter head does not mention about the irrelevance of the "City Corpn" January Resolution. Hence the January Resolution of the Compnay is Binding. Then How can Mr. Pawar claim that January resoultion is not binding in the present context.
