How does Lalit Modi know such exhaustive details about the proposed, but non-existent consortium, submitting bid under the name of CCL? Is it permissible to do such things i.e. submitting a huge bid in some company`s name, and then transfer it to some entity that does not exist. How can Anirudh Deshpande, an MD, unashamedly say again and again that Pawar has nothing to do with the "bidding process"? Of course he never can have ! Only Modi had something to do with that and he sure was in the whole goings on. Modi must also elucidate how the funding and profit sharing from the successful bid would have been shared? The best thing in this case would be to subject all suspects in such irregularities to narco, brain mapping, truth drug tests and police remand, to save time and obtain quick results. The apex court decision on narco tests may surely help promote the legal profession, but is bound to help criminals go scot free. The IPL-Pawar connection has been there all these years for all to see.

Too late dear. This S.Court has ruled that such narco tests even on terrorists are illegal and against so called human rights...!!!
