I checked WADA website and it lists ICC as a signatory when we all know this whereabouts issue is still open. I think there are a few other sports that have a special code from WADA, but you would never find that on this fishy agency's site. They seem very mission-oriented and do not seem to mind if they have to fudge a bit. I can understand why players do not want to trust WADA. One thing of note, all players listed below in various comments objected to this whereabouts clause. Security situation in their countries are better than India, so this is not a huge problem for them. But, I think soccer has a special code because Brazil and other south american countries also have security issues.
remove your bullshit whereabout clause or whatever crap you call it. You morons are trying to mess with people's privacy. If BCCI don't accept then what's your problem. Its BCCI's own decision. WADA and NADA stay away from India cricket.

But these players dont live in India. You must be knowing your own people, can you trust any of your own country men with a blood sample,,,,,thats also a govt body,,no way.
The whereabouts clause infringes on privacy. It should be removed. Also how will you ensure that the whereabouts are correctly provided. Are they going to connect a GPS to every player?

Players like Federer, Nadal, Ballak, Beckham do not have problem with Privacy clause.
World champion Australian cricketers and English cricketers do not have problem too.
Only Indian cricketers, who get kicked out in every major tournament, have privacy problem. :-))

My sympathies with the Indian players. They do not want to reveal their wherabout after they get molested/raped in each major tournament. It is bad enough that 11 players from some of the better teams have free access. Atleast spare them from the millions waiting in India.
the reason for the above is most of current cricketers take performance enhancing drugs thus they stand a chance of being caught for doping.thus the bcci has ruled in their favour in order to prolong their cricketing career.
Why we guys think that our cricketers represents India. Well they represent BCCI only. Keep in mind for future and never expect national pride with these cricketers. ICL shud be encouraged so that monopoly of BCCI finishes.
