I agree with Lorgat that BCCI is very much WADA-compliant, but they want the rules according to their convenience.

Lazy Indians have identified themselves with lazy cricket.
Cricket is one of the least popular games in the world.ICC tried to popularise it,but failed.T-20 is the latest gimmick. This will also fail.
Football is the most popular game in the world. There is no comparison of football with cricket.Cricket will remain in India,if not elsewhere, even after 100 years.Indians are not capable of playing the vigorous, demanding game of football properly.Maybe due to the frailer physical structure.
Hence Indians are stuck with lazy games like cricket which is the garbage left by the British, when they left India.

HAHA.. Listen to this Gold winning athlete. WhoTheFuck are you to make a call on this? By shear number of followers, cricket is third popular game in the world. And if cricket remains in India only, we will take it. Look US has their own games and they have no complaint about it.. Now get lost LOOSERR!!!!

Indian Cricketers No to WADA?
by sridhar krishnamoorthy on Jun 01, 2010 09:53 PM  | Hide replies

World over all the sports personalities are under WADA..Why would Indian Cricketers say NO to the clause..The reason may be to plan and publish next three months schedule..That sounds stupid as I guess one cannot plan an imprompto dinner three months down the line

there are solutions provided by WADA for such eventualities and hence they do not become a show-stopper. Indian cricketers' stance on the grounds of security and privacy does not wash. it stems from the basic indiscipline that is so manifest in our players. recent instances of players leaving the hotel without informing the security agencies or the management are aplenty.

PUCK BCCI

Can h.i.z.r.a. govt take strong action against BCCI? How dare they not send team to Asian games? If this team is private property and the honour of a medal in Asian Games does not matter, than BCCI itself needs to be dissolved.

We need strong response from sports ministry..A medal for the country is more important than generating revenue for BCCI..or else Indian govt should arrange to send an alternative cricket team,India cannot go unrepresented...
