Another selfish knock
by Vivek Dev on Jul 29, 2010 08:52 AM  | Hide replies

Another utterly selfish knock from SRT. SRT should take coaching from Dhoni, Yuvi, Harbhajan in how to make selfless contribution to the team, how to play for country, how to rise beyond personal records and milestones.

Sachin.... we are proud of you.
by rkdmumbai on Jul 29, 2010 08:43 AM

Before Sachin came in Team India... Team India were dependent on Sunil Gavaskar ..
And now even after 21 years , Team India is deeply dependent on Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar...
Womeniser caption Dhobi is just to waive the cup won by Sachin... He is politician and has brought NOrth/South politics in Team India. Other players are playing just for the sake of earning and not for the game cricket.
And on top of it, Inspite of all this efforts of Sachin, I have found some of the bloggers and writing anti against Sachin. Brains of such people have to be scanned... We will definately receive surprises
Congratulations Sachin and best of luck for your further endeavour... Do a record which no other non Indian will break it in future and only Indian should break it .. We are proud of you.

RAHUL DRAVID
by ALLADI on Jul 28, 2010 09:26 PM  | Hide replies

Rahul, You are a great player. People may say anything but your performance through out your career was much better than Sachin. Whenever team required you played a very very useful innings. But now, I am sorry to say you are finished. You may score 30/40 runs but we are missing that great DRAVID, most dependable, players like a rock. We all love you very much. Your insult is our insult. So please take retirement like another great player GANGULY who took his retirement when he was in great form. I am unable to understand why you are digging your own grave. For god shake before selection committee drop you call your day remaining king of batting.

Dont You know the amount of cricket left in him?
He Has still 2-3 years of test cricket left.
So dont say like that.
As long as he is in the Indian team
its allright.
You cant even imagine what will happen if he retires.

why are these types of pitches made?
by rajinder kumar on Jul 28, 2010 08:12 PM

Why only pitches are made where their is no action for bowlers? Sri Lanka made a huge score and that huge score acutually failed indian batsman in first test. It is actually mentality and attitude test who is batting second. These types of pitches are helpful to only batsmen (india and srilanka are champs in making this kind of pitch). Pitches should be equally bowler and batsman friendly. When will asian countries learn? Thats reason there are no good fast bowlers in india team, it seems as there are no good pitches and grouds so that they can prove. This is not really a competetion.
