The indian bowling is becoming very predictable which is allowing batsmen to make merry. They just dont know how to bowl bouncers or yorkers or make the batsmen keep guessing how the next ball would be like. If Pakistan can produce fast bowlers like Amer, Gul etc, why cant India. The pace bowlers are just not upto the mark. They are slow medium pace bowlers rather than genuine fast bowlers. And spinners too are faring badly. With the retirement of Kumble, it has created a big dent in the Indian spin attack. Bhajji is supposed to be our strike bowler, but its pathetic to see him struggling for a wicket, forget about winning a match for the team. India surely needs some quality bowlers in the team.

Humid Srilankan climate is making it difficult for fast bowlers while spinners are finding it difficult to spin because of sweat in the palms. Home team is in advantage as they are coditioned to their climate.
