Of course the present Pakistan attack is a good one, but it must be understood that they have dominated in very helpful conditions. They are untested on flat pitches, and this is where Zaheer scores with his amstery of swing. He has been outstanding over the last 3 years and among the best. Sreesanth has the best seam postion in world cricket, and Ishant who is a little out of form, showed the world his talent in 2008 aus tour. Zaheer seam, sreesanth outswing and ishants bounce and line, make them the best trio in the world right now. India have been really unlucky that they have been unfit of late, so once they come back to fitness, maybe against aus in the next series, the weak aussie batting line up will be taught a few lessons by our trio.
The Pakistani team played really well and deserved to win the test match. But they still have a long way to go. Pakistan's strength lies with thier fast bowlers, who are capable of bowling out top cricketing sides. We also need to locate fast bowlers like Gul, Aamer and Asif. I don't know what happened to bowlers like Pathan, Sreesanth and RP singh. The Indian team invested so much time with these players but it seems it has all gone to waste!
Where we are lagging - Why we are not producing fast bowlers like Pakistan - Always we should have reserve bench of high quality bowlers like batsmen we have always. Poor bowling is the reason we lost to lanka like small team. I request the authority to please intervene into the reason for our lagging.
