The spinner, third in the International Cricket Council's world bowling rankings, was arrested after being stopped by officers in Nottingham, central England, in April.
"Graeme Swann, 31, was charged on June 8 with driving a motor vehicle when the alcohol level was above the limit," a Nottinghamshire police spokeswoman said.
Its called DWI. Nothing will happen to Swann. With the help of a good lawyer he'll challenge the Breathalyzer reading and will be able to dismiss the case.
