There's a news in ToI on line that Modi could not attend the hearing since he is out of the country due to threat from underworld... This is just a drama to hide in some unknown place and enjoy the allegedly stolen money... he is just trying to escape since the enforcement directorate is also about to conclude it's investigation on some of the alleged frauds committed by Modi...
It wasnt going to be easy by throwing stones on others window, when he himself lived in a glass house and with lot of skeletons hidden inside, now he is using delaying tactics. Truth will prevail.

You must be a biggest joke if you are implying that Modi is the only corrupt fella in BCCI.
All in BCCI are worth at-least 500-1000 Cr and not all had their fathers having given it to them in gift. It is just that they are politicians also across parties so no one touches them!

As per rule of BCCI,it is the disciplinery comittee which should enquire and not a retired judge.There is no questiion of BCCI being afraid.
