congratulation Bangladesh team for winning the second ODI against defending champion England. I've always rated u as one of the most underdogs in today's world cricket. At least in this world cup you are one of those team who will qualify for the semi final
What is the author trying to say here? see the first sentence...bangladesh won against england in test or ODIs as they beat the t20 champions...so what is he trying to say? did they beat england in odi or t20?

He is trying to say they never beat England in a test or an ODI before and scored their first win over them in either format. He has only labelled England as the world T20 champions in that sentence which has nothing to do with the game won by Bangladesh. ie Bangladesh beat England "The World T20 Champions" in an ODI.
