now, ICC said that Howard candidature was rejected coz he had no prior exp in cricket adminstration and cricket. But my qu. is what was Pawar exp in cricket.. he is an agriculture min but i nvr find such an incompetent minister in my life.. believe he is 2nd best to shivraj Patil who was former home minister.. dont know how these idiots get votes from public
