The whole country knows that Sharad Pawar, the politician when he says something, he means just the opposite. So when he says there is no division, be rest assured he means there is division. Yes, there is 'powershift' from west to the east , from the whites to the blacks-- the Asians, africans .Yes, whites did discriminate and are guilty of racial abuse in the past but with the 'powershift' whether a reverse backlash is in order? Should India at the helm act arrogantly or is it the time to be humble and act responsibly as the leader of the cricketing world ? Accepted Howard's racial past but the names of Howard and S/Pawar were making round for over two yrs now !Did the opposing countries take up the issue of Howard earlier and try to come to some understanding ? Now Pawar is saying it was a democratic election and Howard lost because he did not get the numbers. Is it that simple ? Wasn't there a breach of understanding arrived at earlier and won't it create bad blood and division in ICC on racial lines ?

In a game played by just 10 countries, money is might.Money is needed for survival of the game. Aussies have the best team in the world..This does not mean that an aussie should be the icc chief.
Ozies cannot expect support from India for Howard, who has done nothing in favor of Indians or Asian students as a PM. Both He and Malcolm Speed have insulted Indian and other cricketers in the past, which is a well known fact. They should be ashamed of begging in an authoritative manner. Beggars cannot be aggressive choosers. Their whole attitude needs a change and these sort of incidents must make them learn to be humble and friendly
