Media reports say that Mohammed Kaif is also in contention. Kaif has not proved anything in last two season to push him to Test side again. In fielding Raina is equally good like Kaif but latter is very young and competent. I feel Dravid's place should go to Raina, Laxman's place to Pujara and Yuvraj's slot to Manish Pandey. Spinner Oza may be replaced with young Ashwin and Sreeshanth should make way for Abhimanyu Mithun.

I think India has strong batting line-up but in fielding and blowing side it is a weaker side. So my estimate is that both the test matches will be draw. Indian blowers did take 20 wickets in both matches. Because SA has also stong batting line-up not like Bangladesh.
last 5 years, there were over 12-15 one day matches played in gujarath and 4-5 test matches. i am sure someone from BCC lobbying heavily for their state which is totally unfair. why media and other cricket fans are quite on this issue?

at least, youngsters get the chance by default. it wud hv been good that our youngsters got it against bangla but v failed in the oportunity wherein v lost our seniors like dravid laxman yuv to play against sa.
now is time to induct youngsters like 1) pujara the most prolific run scorer since he got man of the series in junior world cup. 2) pande the young lad showing good promise this season after his first ipl century. 3) badri the 'old horse' of domestic performers.
its also surprising that even the best of our bats found it difficult even to play short pitched deliveries bowled by bangla pacers.

For sweeping they (Indian) should be using Brooms instead of Bat. Then your dreams will be fulfilled
