Why should it come to this? This is a sad day for Pak and cricket. Anyone who loves cricket wants to see the best players do their stuff, no matter which country or they come from.

absolutely right. their only aim is to frustrate India no matter however trivial the issue is and blame India for all their problems. letz see some of the recent examples and their propaganda myths.
MYTH 1: India is responsible for pak not being able to host world cup matches.
FACT: after the srilankan attacks no team want to visit pak as their security is poor. before this incident new zealand team was attacked outside the hotel whr they staying. now SA has pulled out, whoz responsible for this.
MYTH 2: India is responsible for the match fixing allegations on pak and younis khan during champions trophy.
FACT: Indian media just reported the allegations made by their senate wateve Jamshed Dusti who alleged match fixing without any proper proof. normally our dear Indian english speaking modern secular media cannot tolerate any criticism. but when it comes frm pak they keep their mouth shut. may b they think that if they react the isi wud target them with bombs so they keep their mouth shut.
MYTH 3: India pulled out of pak tour coz of the mumbai attacks.
FACT : even before the mumbai attacks the Indian govt put the tour on hold coz they were not happy with the security situation and they also thought that the team might b targeted. one can check the media archives for accurate info. after mumbai attacks happened the tour was cancelled as it is not possible to hav cricketing relations with a nation that is responsible for terrorism.

and now coming to the IPL. the ipl auction that took place was the third auction. so before this auction the teams already had required amount of foreign players. they wud b looking for jus 1 or 2 players. only one third of the players were selected frm those who participated. while none of them reacted for not being selected coz they hav the brains to understand the dynamics of an auction and also the francisees hav the right to select whomever they want, but paki players hav no brains coz they consider it as a snub.
shahid afridi considers it as an insult to him and his country. while nobody physically or verbally insulted him yet he still considers it as an insult. and insult to ur country ?? well he has a bright future as a politician by creating sympathy for himself frm his countrymen by raising stupid statements like this. moreover he was a big failure in the first ipl. if afridi considers non selection insulting then i wud say if he steps on the indian soil and plays i tooo can and wud consider such a thing as an insult. ask him not to come here.
to mr. razzaq. you wer talkin abt some conspiracy. when u already knew abt the conspiracy y did u keep ur mouth shut all this while. u wer suddenly enlightened abt the conspiracy only after ur non selection is it. only u ppl r capable of such conspiracies.
and replying to statements like "We are the world champions" - so wat if u r world champions. u r not goin to play here as a team but as individuals in different teams.

"We deserve to play in the ipl" - the franchisees hav the right to select whom they want and whom they dont want. each team already has plenty of foreign players but they select only 4 for each game.
"IPL will b poor as there are no pak players coz we hav star value" - u fools didnt play in the last ipl tooo. but the ipl2 was a huge success without u and eventhough it was held in a foreign venue. imagine how big a success it wud be in India. moreover it was coz of ur country that we missed the last ipl at home so we must b blaming u with loud voices.
all this burning effigies, stage managing things, boycotting functions and state managing various other things even we r capable. India has shown tremendous restraint to all ur nonsense. moreover since the selection of players cannot b guaranteed in an auction as the nature of auction is dynamic, ban the paki players frm participating even in the auction coz we had enough of their nonsense.

I was shocked to learn when some former Indian cricketers also criticized IPL...they too don't seem to understand the auction process and that IPL is a private commercial venture and the IPL franchises were not willing to take the risk associated with Paki players !!

Correction: I'm sure you meant that it's not just the army/ISI and their proxy fighters the terrorist groups are rogue BUT their players and officials as well, right ?

What is Pakistan ? It is 99% very poor families just trying to survive day to day who are very religious and blindly follow the constant spread of hatred to brainwash them !!
The remaining (mostly the Paki Punjabis) constitute the establishment that includes landlords, army/ISI officials and politicians who are corrupt and have become rich off the US aid of billions of dollars ever since independence !! They are not interested in uplifting the poor masses.
The whole world knows it is the center of global terrorism !!!!
I met one Paki software engineer from Islamabad here in US who told me he does not feel safe to visit cities such as Peshawar, Quetta and many parts of Karachi !!!!
If Pakis themselves don't feel safe in their own country then it's easy to understand why foreigners are trying to avoid visiting Pakistan !!!!

IPL is a commercial venture and its franchisers just do not want to take financial risk of the uncertainty of unavailability of PAK cricketers as a terrorist attack can happen anytime !!

If they want to play cricket with the rest of the world then they must live like other social cultures INSTEAD OF allowing madrassas to brainwash young kids to join terrorist groups set up on the outskirts of Islamabad !!
