Arun Jaitley will win the false case foisted against the DDCA. You know what legal loophole he found out in the rulebook- "The 3rd Umpire after inspecting the pitch, asked, the Captians about the condition of the pitch rather than the other 2 umpires which is a technical flaw".Good Going , he will win the way he won unwinnable cases like he won the Best Bakery Case. He will also win the Gulbarg Society Massacare, Naroda Patiya and also the Godhra CAse...
i think pitch not not so bad as srilankan player and also media is hioghlighted. If srilankan player can pay till 23 over it means pitch was not dangerous. So i think one year band is nopt good decision

because the administrator there Dalmiya was not an astute lawyer to find a legal loophole in the BCCI case like Arun Jaitley who will win the false case foisted against the DDCA. there was no world cup scheduled in india then but in this case DDCA was supposed to host matches in 2011 world cup.
Had 1999 world cup been in india , even Eden garden would have been spared . more over eden garden was banned for crowd misbehavior and not for officials mistake , while in delhi its was only officials mistake and crowd was not at fault.
It was a pitch not fit for even a local match let alone an international one. It's about time somebody told these pig headed DDCA officials, on the preparation of a pitch as well as organizational qualities on how to run a Organization as important as the DDCA.
