My dear Javed, how funny you are till yesterday you din not comment on IPL when Pak player are not picked up you find so many loopholes in IPL . Yes our own tourney no one has right to comment, this is our money,if you feel you can also start the PPL and earn money who stop you. The comment on our team winning by Great Javed is diplorable ,how much low he has stoope down which is very bad for cricket. I request rediff not to consider Pak cricketers comments and never publish in the Web.

Its really shameful
by pyare mohan on Jan 23, 2010 01:09 AM  | Hide replies

At one side we have starated Indo-Pak peace Project under banner'Aman Ki Asha' Where Pakistani Singer are being called to perform and on the other side IPL ignoring Pakistani players is truly Shameful.

While we should leave the differences between the tow countries to our national leaders, as the honest citizen ignoring players is really shameful.

Lalit Modi should have given option to bidders that in case if this palyers could not be brought in for paying for any reason whatsoever, the player could be replaced free of charge by IPL authorities.

After all IPL is making lto of money.

IPL has put shame to indian in the world because of this. Our national leaders should now not protect IPL and should refrain from giving any comments in favour of IPL and should not attend its clsoing cermony.

Miandad is correct. The IPL is purely designed to weaken other teams and make India stronger. We all know India are scared to play pakistan because your players only perform at home and are unable to play the short ball. Also India play more games than any other team so no.1 status is misleading. The hype of India is just fiction. A team with no decent fast bowlers and we all know that commenentators will never totally criticise you because who would bite the hand that feeds u.

Ha ha. Hey joker, place ur arguments properly if u have any! On the one hand miandad calls IPL a mafia and on the other hand u desparately want to play in the IPL. India has always beaten ur country hands down in almost all the ODI's played in major tournaments. Ur team got thrashed by the aussies just now and should get thrashed in the ODI's looking at the way things go. India has beaten in the aussies in one of thetest matches in australia and in south africa too. We won the series in newzealand, west indies and england too. We won a series against u in ur country under ganguli. Have u won a test match against india in india in the recent past? ur players and administrators can never tolerate a defeat and make a mess of ur set up. If that is not enough, ur politicians decide it was `match fixing' if ur country is beaten! So, first set ur own house in order before commenting!

Bull shit. It is all power game. America has done something for the games that America has loved - basket ball, football and European countries have done some thing with soccer. If India is doing the same for cricket, how can you call it fowl? Miandad is a loser as he has nothing to gain - he has neither the age to play any more nor can he support his players because of the situation caused by Pakistan Government for 26/11 incident. This is a game purely played for business and entertainment reasons. The team owners want to gain money at the cost of selling individual players and individual players want to gain money and audience want pure entertainment. So there is nothing for any body to feel bad. If players are leaving their country to play for this, it is their call. This has been happening for several years in other games.

Yes it has. It has got to do with availability of puki players. Use your head. Even last IPL it had. Well if you can give a declaration that you will financially cover franchises for their losses, then yeah they might. Try it.
