Third rate country
by Chohan on Jan 21, 2010 03:06 AM  | Hide replies

it was very pathetic of Lalit Modi to make them undergo this humiliation. He could have consulted the Govt. and they could have made an announcement of not allowing Paki players play in IPL3. This kind of approach is humiliating . They are pure cricketers and not terrorists and they need to be treated such. it has given a very wrong ... See Moreimpression and image of how India looks upon Pakistani people. Is India less of a terrorist minded now.Indians need to show some respect towards their neighbours if they are claiming to be better than pakistan. It turns out they are not !. Will the franchises be so "patriotic" enough to not allow any of their Aussie players take part in IPL3?
Australians are killing and beating Indians every day, don't you forget that !!!
It is a clear case of Discrimination and revenge in a very cheap way!!!!

It's the correct move to humiliate the Pakistani players, Indians need to show Pakistan that we will not take this crap anymore and unfortunately this is the only language they understand. And, everyone need to acknowledge the fact that it is Pakistan that has dug it's own grave while trying to dig one for it's peace loving neighbor.

Indians don't need to go to Australia to get their butts kicked, I am sure there are many Indian Universities where these kids can get their ass handed to them for free.By the way Snimra, reading your comments I am sure you've never been to any college Indian or Australian so you've got nothing to worry about.

Vettikaran, you sound like a porki with an Indian id. First of all stop fooling yourself
PAK IS A T-E-R-R-R-I-S-T N-A-T-I-O-N.
Chant this 1000 times every morning if you want. The whole world has acknowledged this as a fact.
Franchisee owners are putting their money in IPL teams for return. They mean business. From patriotic point of view also, we shouldn't spend even a penny on anything that originates from this godforsaken country Pakistan. It is the devil's den. A large share of every money spent on Pak goes to their army who are in turn using the same to breed the terrorists.
If you are a Porki, then please be bold enough to reveal your true identity otherwise accept that all porkis are as coward as you. If you are an Indian, you should be put behind bars immediately for you are a traitor like Mahesh Bhatt who enjoys everything because of this country but sings praise of Porkistan.

KingsXI have taken the right decision by takingh kaif info their team.Rajasthan royals made huge mistake by not allowing kaif to play in 2nd edition and harrassing him.Kaif is a very important player when it comes to saving runs or rotating strike. Now i think pair of Yuvi and Kaif will be the most dangerous pair of IPL season III.Gud Luck Kaif

No Pakistani in IPL
by Sameer Bhagwat on Jan 20, 2010 01:14 PM  | Hide replies

Saw a discussion on IBN with Rameez Raza, showing off the "crocodile tears", describing the mixture of sports and politicts is the culprit behind the issue.
Just want to ask him to introspect himself when he was in the Pakistan team captained by Imraam Khan asking for the resolution of Kashmir issues by playing a a match against India and quoting - "Jo jeeta Kashmir uska".

Imran Khan is known for making a politically charged statements that have raised eyebrows, both when he was captain of the Pakistan team and later in his role as a politician. The first of these statements came during an India Pakistan match in Sharjah where Imran remarked, "Let's settle the Kashmir issue over the cricket match".

Why Rameez Raza didn't make these comments while he was in the team, captained by Imran. As usual from a Pakistani player......double standards!
