Beleive me..the miserable performance by the overhyped batting lineup of Indian cricket team has made me wonder whther they deserve to be the No.1 test team...I sincerely wish these they loose both the matches to Bangladesh..so that it gives them an opportunity to come down from their swagger and realize the facts that a well balanced team deserves to get that status

bade bhai sahab, which is the well balanced team which deserves to get the no. 1 status according to you? And if that team deserves to be no. 1 why is it not in the no. 1 position already?

I guess SA is much well balanced team compared to India..then come the Aussies...with a 3rd rated bowlers and over-hyped batsmen..I think the present condition of the so-called No.1 team speaks large volumes about itself....

there's no such thing as a deserving team - its just points in the ICC ranking. we deserved to be on top when we beat the australian team in peak form. they couldnt manage to beat india in india. so they have to live with that blemish. SA is doing good and india are doing decent - not bad.

"Such is the gap in ratings points between India and Bangladesh that even if Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his men win the series 1-0, India will drop to 123 points, while a 1-1 draw will put them alongside South Africa on 120 but ahead of the Proteas by a fraction of a point."

isnt it ridiculous that inspite of our winning against bangla, v vl lose the points. that way, viru wasnt wrong.

we will lose only if we dont manage to win both matches. if we win both matches we can stay ahead.
