Review system conandrum

I am sure the England and the MCC will ensure they have their way with the UDRS. Give me a break... I always thought the UDRS was a big let down from the start. It should ONLY be used for doubtful decisions not restricted to LBWs. The way the players take an eternity to appeal for the review makes me sick with frustration. It makes the umpires look like monkeys who cannot climb trees. This whole system needs an overall. The first way to go would be to take away the players' right to appeal for it. Secondly, use the review system ONLY for doubtful decisions. Example: a tricky catch by a fielder or a slight edge off the bat face etc. The LBWs MUST be with the umpires and the players have to accept whatever the outcome is.

Problem is the umpire

DRS is good. This umpire Harper is incompetent. He can't hear anything, he can't see noballs, he gives LBW on bouncers. Maybe he has taken training from Bucknor

Remember about steve bucknor in Aus agnst India
Remember about Pak umpires in PAK in 1977-78 agnst india
Remember about Aussie umpires in Aus
It is not the both sides as ICC claims.Their is Supreme court above High courts in all countries. DRS will ensure justice to the players and their careers cannot be jolted by umpires socalled human errors.

Kalyani M:

Remember about our Kolkata 2001 win.

Remember about Dilshan's dismissals in the test series in India.

When you make a point, you make a whole point, and don't give us your selective judgment. :)

BTW, this recent episode between South Africa and England will shoot your pet theory full of holes that "the whole world is out there against only India"... :)
