same statement was given by the great sunny gavaskar and did bat in the middle order in onde test against WI but India lost 2 quick wickets and sunny had to bat in 2 over and he made 236 runs indian record which umtimately broken by laxman after 16 yrs.
Viru,you need to be a bit civilised in ur talks.. sometimes u talk too much...no doubt about ur talent...sachin speaks less...when u retire, Sachin willm open and his son will come at no.4...for people who comment that he is playing for money...please relaise that he made enough money for many future generations about 10 years ago...today he is just playing for sheer love of the game and dear,what a determination and commitment Sachin has got..we should appreciate him for that.

I don't think Sachin is playing for the love of game. He is playineeg for records. He is so selfish that he wants all the records in his name. He is the most selfish cricketer next to Mr Sunil Gavaskar.

what is ur problem if his scoring rate is less when he approaches a milestone... reaching upto that level itself needs genuine effort and talent.
