First of all Miandad and others will have to understand that the pak team is performing badly not because of lack of talent or technique for a coach to help out.
It is purely the gropism and ego which is playing a spoilsport. Unless this is changed, not even GOD can help pak cricket. Eveyone wants to became a captain and everyone don't like to be commanded. No one wants to play for pakistan and everyone are playing for themselves. There are no well behaved seniors to guide the youngsters. In my opinion, the only solution to the current problem is to sack players like Shoaib Malik, Kamram Akram and Shahid Afridi and give the captaincy back to Younis Khan with Mohd. Yousuf to support him. Bring back Imran Nazir, Imran Farat, Adbul Razzk etc and give them a long run.
